10 Dhyan for Successful Life

“BE SILENT”. With tear filled eyes, give a whole hearted attempt to move on the journey of self. First make the “Aagyna chakra” as the point of meditation, second make it at the “navel- chakra” and third being sahasrara .Observe with calmness the inflow of energy .

This body which is made with help of prana , travel in every single part of the body and all its nerves & nodal points . With the depth like waves in the ocean, the peace has taken form. Move on the journey to find that from in yourself. Slowly, step by step keep moving on this path. Make silence your cause, contain the entire universe in yourself .the whole universe is within you and is omnipresent too, come on the path of journey….

We can do this in either an open space or a closed room; it’s only the matter of practice. Once you achieve, then even in a crowd of thousands also , by being in silence the journey keeps happening .Be aware of maintaining the silence all through.Leavign the thoughts of this world, move on a journey of self. If done this way, then only can you be successful .

“Dance” is the one of the best techniques of meditation. Through The medium of dance you can slowly, step by step move towards yourself, but learn how to do this technique? To shake and roll the body is different and regulating the flow of praana through the medium of dance is different.

Close the room, start singing by yourself and try dancing for the divine .Keep dancing, continue dancing, with full energy & life, keep dancing only for him. You keep travelling somewhere after some time while dancing. Come on the journey of the path, to meet your “beloved” you will keep progressing slowly and you will attain of state of being lost. Once you are lost, you move towards the completion, your judgments & intellects will not be with you, don’t fear keep moving forward. When you keep going further you will meet yourself, you will be in the zone of happiness.

How will you start?
Start murmuring any random song and keep swaying your body slowly, then you attain the pose of dance. When it happens effortlessly, you just need to instruct your praana, this was the second step.

“Song/Singing “is the easiest and most beautiful device. In a closed room sit alone, take any random song and take it up as a belief, that you are singing this song for the love of the divine. I will explain with an example. You keep on repeating this one line “take me in your refuge” and keep on murmuring this line again and again. You will see, in your unawareness that you will find yourself with your praana in the hands of the divine.

This is a beautiful step towards meditation. Make music a medium. It’s a very perspicuous means of meditation. Do it daily for six months and see you will be benefitted, for sure. All these notes of music and variations of sound are the varied personifications of the master of the world. What do you need to do for your happiness & peace? What type of music would you like to have as meditation? Come along, I shall take you through ….

In a room, be by yourself, and close the door. Take any string instrument, tune into a music or else listen to some reproduced music. Sit with a centered mind, and listen to it and make it a daily practice. Listen to it 30 minutes, and dissolve yourself into it. Listen to it as if you want to dissolve yourself, get immersed into it.

There is music within you and with it, taking the help of this music; you have to listen to this music on your own, naturally. Repeat this process daily with this thought. When you enter the room, program your mind “I am leaving on a tour now, in which the destination is the supreme divine, and you cooperate with me on this tour. Give instructions to your mind and heart, tell them to be with you, and then they would support you. The mind and the head get separated from the Paraná and the life goes on, that’s the reason why we can’t reach our goal, hence make music as an aide for meditation.

Make a humming sound of “ OMKAAR” making the aagya chakra as the point of awareness with the help of “PRAANA TATTVA” .Keep your eyes closed , give gentle instructions to your eyes to focus on the aagya chakra and making the nostrils as a medium hum the sound of “ OMKAAR” with a “ BEE Sound” .Make a journey to every part of the body . Practice it daily, either in the morning or evening for continuously 6 months. Take a scheduled time, and during that period sit alone and repeat the entire process.

You shall see, that you have become more calm, peaceful, disciplined. Your journey will be towards unknown realms of happiness and you will be rejoicing in yourself, becoming more centered.

“Light a lamp” and keep your focus on the wick of the lamp. You will observe that due to tears in your eyes, you will feel that everything is becoming lighter. Even if you are in tears, do not stop; keep your efforts on continuously focusing on the wick of the lamp.

There is a light deep within you like the lamp, which is the cause of functioning of your life. Make an effort to observe the light flame, on continuously seeing your eyes will automatically close. Then you repose in yourself. Let the light within you brighten up, make an effort to get the glimpse of that flame of light, you shall get success, for sure.

In a peaceful midnight, sit below in the open space, look at the calm moon, feel the cooling effect of the moon, sit in meditative pose and keep looking at the moon. Mentally feel that if this divine aspect of calmness is providing me the soothing effect and is providing the coolness and soothing effect all over, how much more would the divine`s presence be cool and soothing.

Keep these thoughts on and keep observing the moon and do it daily. Keep looking at the moon and close your eyes and make an effort to get connected with yourself within whom the divine is residing .By repeating this technique daily, your life will also see the peace, calmness and prosperity and you will undergo a transformation and you shall remain happy by yourself.

“Nature” is the easiest path of reaching the divine. The meaning of nature itself is “DIVINE “Without the divine the nature can’t exist. Divine is subtle, which is well within the nature but is invisible, nature is the gross aspect of that subtle which is always seen by us .By making nature as a medium you can reach divinity in its fullness.

Let’s start thinking with the earth. This vast planet, in which each partilce is filled with divine, is made up by divine, it’s just manifested right in front of me and I am unable to see it, what a vision I have? Pray to mother earth “O mother! I want to see your manifestation as divine”.

Feel the presence of air , The cause of me , the cause of my existence, the cause of me being loved, to merge with me , this feeling of yours will make you centered towards yourself. Meditation will happen the day when you get stabilized/ centered within yourself.
Make the waves of ocean the means to meditate .See the infinite presence of that ocean and reach you. If the mind doesn’t get convinced, get it to belive. You have to pull your mind to love the nature. Then you shall see that the process of meditation just happens.

Listen to the chirping of birds, close your eyes and listen to them you shall feel an inner resonance, let that inner resonance connect you with that self and this will itself get you meditative.
All these are easy and natural ways to take your life towards “good path “& “meditation”
Start with controlling of breath (pranaayama), and keep observing the nature and dissolve in the nature of your “self”, this will surely benefit you. Out of these, repeat any one of them daily. Bring any technique of meditation into practice. Your life will be filled with happiness.

Guru is the primordial and the ultimate divine, meditate daily on his for m. Like Lighting a lamp will remove the inner darkness, similarly the self established guru`s subtle form is considered as the illumined form. Whatever is achieved, make it an ambition to seek him only. To have a “guru” is the best fortune available in the human birth. Start the journey of moving from his gross to subtle form. Sit cross legged in front of the guru`s idol .Light the lamp and close your eyes.

Chant “Om Gurubhyo namah” by having a wish to manifest all his good qualities within yourself and to seek his infinite divine form .Practice this routine daily. If you practice the technique of worshipping the guru whole heartedly, you will meet the guru in his subtle form .This is the easiest, spontaneous and beautiful technique.
